I literally can’t find what happened to KOSA, you know, the censorship bill?
According to the amendments I read skimmed through on govtrack.us it seems they made the definitions a bit less scary and added a privacy section where they said that the bill should not lead to encouragement of the use of age verification and what not.
But I’m not a legal expert so there might be a bunch of horrible stuff that I didn’t notice through my quick skim.
I hope all the other bad internet bills have had a similar, getting delayed and amended fate.
