Personally my life has been and will continue to be bad under Republicans and Democrats alike, and my whole life I’ve seen Democrats help ensure that that will continue to be the case over and over. So yes, I think it’ll be funny, because you people reacted so dramatically last time like you had just been shot in the leg. Shit is gonna be bad no matter who’s in office, voting is irrelevant for my life and whatever privilege checking you pull out doesn’t work for this because it’s under Biden that Roe v Wade was revoked and the border was shut down and Israel’s Final Solution against Palestinians and total war were bankrolled and supplied by the U.S. The more you votescold people, the less enthusiasm anyone will have for your dumbass party. I’m sure you don’t know this since you perceive people as numbers and census identities, but people need motivators other than fear and shame to actually care about something
Looking at the Presidents executive orders might paint a picture where they are polar opposites, but imagining the executive orders they could have made (even within what the democrats or republicans consider more reasonable than not) but didn’t makes them look quite near indeed
Not to say that Trump didn’t leave the WHO and Biden didn’t rejoin it but it’s clear they have a very narrow view of what “solutions” can be
Also, yeah, shame and fear are demotivators.
