the trolly problem meme edited with a title of "Trans Healthcare Trolly Problem." Following that is a description of the setup and with orientation added says "An unknown number of trans people have been tied to one of the train tracks [upper right], while a runaway trolley [top left] is set to roll down the empty track [middle right], saving the trans people. However, that guy over there [bottom center] might voluntarily walk onto the [empty] train track. Do you pull the lever, sacrificing the trans people to protect that one guy from possibly making a mistake?"ALT

New reaction pic for y'all to be used when you get into an argument about trans healthcare and your opponent starts talking about the 0.8% or whatever of trans people who regret transitioning

I’ve read some studies, and it’s important to know the reasoning behind the regret. Many detransitioners did it because of societal pressure, not because they actually made a mistake. So cut that 0.8% to even less.

That is a (approximately) 200 : 1 failure rate, I think it’s pretty clear that you should save 200 people. Additionally it is known that transitioning decreases suicide rates significantly. For every person who wrongly transitions there are many dozen trans lives saved from literal death.

How can someone be so heartless, to not even try to prevent death at no cost to themselves?
