AITA for throwing a man off a bridge?
I'll keep it simple. I'm (28M) essentially stuck in a timeloop repeating the end of the world; I'm currently on the third repetition of it.
I was crossing the bridge shortly after restarting the loop when a man (M, seemed around my age) that I had never seen in any previous turns appeared, needing my help. Not only did he need my help, however, but he knew entirely too much about me, about the world we were in for it to be safe. He claimed to be a prophet.
To test his future sight abilities, I carried him across the bridge, and held him off the ledge, asking whether I would drop him or not. He taunted me and told me I'd drop him, so I let him go, and fall into the water and mouth of a monster beneath the bridge.
It's been two days and he's not out yet. I don't really care if I'm "the asshole" or not, but I'm curious as to what this qualifies me as.
