I don’t think I’m doxxing myself with this but we had computer science in high school, right? And we had to make websites with html by hand.
There was a trick to getting a good grade for that assignment and it was adding glitter gifs. the more glitter, the higher your grade.
At the time, as the wiseass who knew more than the teacher themself I thought it was cringe as fuck of course but honestly? they were right. we need more of that. I still hate the aesthetic but I miss the whimsy everywhere
