money can buy you doctors but it can’t buy you health, money really can’t buy you love either even if it can sometimes buy you a convincing simulation, money can’t make you right but it can help people give you the benefit of the doubt.

Not enough diseases. Unless he has some genetic predisposition to parkinsons or something… I mean it’s possible to spend so much money that you end up developing a treatment for a disease that you personally get after retirement. Or I suppose a preventative treatment, though then we’ll never know.
