I’ve made this as a logo/seal thing for a body in a fictional country’s government. It would be helpful if you, the one reading this, could answer the following:
What do you think it could be a seal/logo for?
Let’s assume you guessed right. How could I improve it?
the dots in the semicircle make it seem like the symbol for some legislative body, and the blue fist in the background seems to me like a symbol of socialism/workers rights.
the biggest feedback i have is that it’s kind of cluttered. maybe you could use fewer dots or have less going on in the bg, but overall i think it looks cool!

I don’t think I could match that kind of complexity, so I overlayed stuff to make it busier
Also, it is a legislative body! The Commission of State is the upper house of the parliament
