Wow, it sure is crazy how Terry Pratchett wrote Good Omens completely on his own. With nobody else involved. At all.
Folks, please. We can’t do this. We can’t pretend that Gaiman didn’t contribute to Good Omens and it emerged fully-formed from Pratchett’s head. I am as devastated as everyone else about what we’ve learned but we can’t just damnatio memoriae our way out of this.
Bad people can make good art.
Bad people can appear good. Sometimes for a very long time.
Just because someone turns out to be a bad person does not mean their art was bad all along and anything good they made was made by someone else. The world just doesn’t work like that.
