the only time i tried to use betterhelp my “therapist” rescheduled 5 weeks in a row and i just closed my account so im not surprised in the least
oh yay I get to hate on betterhelp. DO NOT USE BETTERHELP. They’re like the gym of fake online therapy; they overcharge you and then make you jump through hoops to cancel their service. They’re taking advantage of both their customers and their employees. They sell your data. You’re better off finding a peer counselling group online that’s free because the quality of care will be about the same.
