I really need you to understand this, because I say it from a place of care, and one of understanding: there is no shape you can make yourself into that will make them accept you.
They don’t hate us because we’re annoying, nor because we ask for too much. They hate us because they are bigots, and we face discrimination because transmisogyny is a pervasive and dominant force within our society. The amount of space they want us to take up is Zero.
We cannot make ourselves small enough to please them, and trying will only make you miserable, I know, because I spent a long time doing it.
