it’s so funny to me when I talk about being trans to a cis person and they go “man, I wish I could change my name… i always liked the name [whatever] for myself.” like. you know that you can change your name as a cis person, right? you’re an adult, you can legally change your name to literally whatever. or you can just ask people to call you by a different name if you can’t afford the new name ID/passport bureaucracy shit, or if you’re a minor. you can do it, I believe in you.
