Every evening my store manager tells us how much money the store made that day. And sometimes i joke that we should just split the earnings among the employees who were actually working that day and everyone laughs at the idea. But i mean.. is it that unreasonable? We are the whole reason the store made money at all that day
Im not saying we take all of it obviously. But its insane how little money we get, compared to how much money the store makes. Considering that we are literally the only reason the store makes any money at all, we are severely underpaid. And its insane to me how everyone can just laugh that off
