@intoxicatedinkeep recipe is very adjustable and I recommend experimenting to find what you like best, but the basic ingredients are just 1-2 cups of rice, 2/3 block of tofu, a quarter of some cabbage, 1 diced pepper, half a cup of chorizo, generous pour of maple tofu sauce, stir it up and top it with green onions, or peanuts for more crunch! It’s a good dumpster recipe, so you can add or substitute ingredients to your liking and it’ll still be good. This recipe is also super scalable, so it’s also a great thing to store in your fridge for later meals when you’re too tired to cook. I am kinda calculating the measurements in my head right now, but that’s the general gist of it. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
