my fellow lgbts I implore you. whenever the urge to engage in “should x identity be allowed to do y activity” discourse strikes you, ask yourself if there’s any remotely plausible or realistic means of actually policing the behavior being debated. and then ask yourself why you want to police anything in the first place. cut that shit out. don’t be a cop.
