I follow @tributary and it didn’t make sense to me that this is a take they would have, the fact that this post has double the notes of the one it misleadingly screenshotted to make it seem like op agreed with the reblog and the tags is saddening.
there is no reason to crop OPs response except to paint them as supporting anti-intellectualism, you could have easily screenshotted the response it got or the reblog with those tags, instead of conveniently cropping the image in a way that makes it seem like op agrees to not trust academics.
op is literally criticising these people who trust social media influencers instead of academic experts with a fucking degree.
