oh i totally get why they had a ton of creeps on staff now. and i don’t mean that as some sort of insensitive consent joke, i mean in the sense they downright encouraged that behaviour. they specifically hired pushy assholes and paid them bank. zero safeguarding. negative safeguarding they were looking for people who didn’t give a shit about boundaries or consent and then just. letting them preside over groups of vulnerable people with minimal supervision.
