I feel like Tumblr has a problem where we can’t make fun of people without making them sound interesting. “Bone Stealing Witch”, “Human Pet Guy” – these are meant to be terms of scorn, but they end up implying something much more interesting than the reality of the situations they’re gesturing toward.
