Help me help my former coworker cover the last of her medical expenses and leave the greedy hospital for good!
The last post lost traction 4 days ago, and I had to dip into my savings AND take out loans instead to help C pay to get discharged. Only for the hospital to keep surprising us with even MORE hidden charges! 😡😭
C’s region’s local government does NOT offer aid for these types of situations, and she is currently estranged from her family.
If you don’t believe me, here’s the full story in parts:

She needs to pay $152 (₱8,800) within the deadline the hospital gave her, which is 3-5 days from yesterday (August 7 our timezone), so the latest due date is August 12 our timezone. That would be August 11 in most places across the world.
I also want to be able to help C get back on her feet after she’s finally freed from the hospital, so she’ll need help covering food, lodging, and other misc expenses. I believe $50 (₱2,900) will cover that for a while.
Please, we are getting desperate. Neither of us have the means to cover this at the moment, and we’d appreciate if you can reblog this post if you see it.

C told me yesterday that she’s been skipping meals when she’s not allowed to, since she can’t afford food as well.

C keeps texting me three times a day hoping for any movement, and I’m tied up with work. I barely have any savings myself, and I feel guilty telling her that the fundraiser barely moves.
She’s currently short of $48 (₱2,800) and it would be great if someone could cover that within the next 12 hours so she can finally leave the hospital
