Not trying to start discourse; I just wanted to point out that, contrary to what many believe, Christians are already oppressed more than any other religion. And while I have not been persecuted personally, thousands of my brothers and sisters in Christ have been and have died in atrocious ways for their faith, and there is very good reason for me to believe that persecution for Christians worldwide, even in free countries like America, is just on the horizon. Ask any Christian, and they will likely say the same. Numbers of persecuted Christians are currently in the hundred millions; look it up if you don’t believe me.

Exactly!!! It may not seem like it to non-Christians, but it’s true — Christians are the most persecuted. I won’t bother posting my own references, if only because she (last response) nailed it with that. Obviously I don’t agree with it (Christians being persecuted), but I’d say it’s for a reason: our faith is the true faith. God is the true — and only — God. He made Heaven and Earth. If any of you have questions or want to know more (or even want to try and argue at me about it), I’d be delighted (genuinely! not sarcastically) to share the Good Word! I’d also like to add that if anyone from any other religion posted the same video with the same premise (but with their own religion instead Christianity), they’d be praised for being “brave” and for “being unapologetic about their faith.” If someone posted the exact same caption that OP did on this video on said hypothetical video, they’d be the one getting death threats, not the woman in the video. Please, please understand this: we aren’t trying to attack non-Christians/the world’s culture. We’re simply trying to live peaceful lives while trying to show the Truth to whoever we can. As a Christian myself, I love you all. I don’t care if you send me hate, death threats, whatever — I still love you. Whatever arguments you may have against any of my points won’t change a thing — I stand firm in my faith and I will never stop caring about any of you. God bless you all 💜

For the curious, here’s a breakdown of the references:
1. A Prager U 2-pager with zero sources cited
2. A libertarian think tank that primarily cites Open Doors USA, which “tracks Christian (and only Christian) persecution worldwide”, and doesn’t reveal any sources for that information. Even if you take their own descriptions at face value (which you shouldn’t), you still couldn’t use their information to compare Christian persecution to that of other religions worldwide.
3. An article on a more long-form report on Christian persecution written by the Bishop of Truro, who’s totally not a biased party. Funnily enough the bishop’s report actually does have a full bibliography, mostly web articles from the last decade. Seeing all those articles next to each other really shows how many “Christians are oppressed and nobody’s talking about it” articles are released each year. Seems like plenty of people are talking about it.
4. A Forbes article that primarily cites both the same bishop’s report and Open Doors USA again.
5. A website called “for the martyrs” whose sole citation is Open Doors USA.
6. Yet another article whose sole citation is Open Doors USA.
…Yeah, not sure I agree with the 2nd responder’s definition of “nailed it”.
