The British Government is taking the Scottish Government to court to cover the British Government’s expenses that they occurred when the Scottish Government had to take the British Government to court because the British Government, with no precedent, decided to block the Scottish Government from implementing Gender Recognition Act Reform to make a long bureaucratic process a tiny bit easier for trans people.
