I was once at a protest where some guy came out and was like “I’m gonna sue your organization! Where’s your head office?” And 100% did not believe us when we said there was no office, there was no funding, and we had no leader. The more authoritarian someone’s beliefs are the more they are truly baffled by a leaderless movement. They don’t believe anarchist organising is possible, and they waste their energy trying to find “the people in charge”.
