I love how whenever someone is like “parents should have the right their kids internet usage more closely” and you point out what if that were the case it would get a whole lot of queer kids kicked out or killed they go “of course I don’t mean abusive parents should be invading their childrens privacy I just mean good parents with healthy boundaries 🙄🙄🙄” as if “parents should have more control over what their children do and look at online but not the abusive ones only the nice ones :)” is something that’s actionable or enforceable in any way.
