I usually have a constant ongoing monologue and all my thoughts are thus filtered through language. This one was also primarily filtered through language, except for one “word”, which was just a concept. As in I had a full sentence, but in the place a word normally goes, there was just a void of definitely a noise, definitely meaning, but I can’t fully think of either the noise or the meaning when thinking back on it.
