No, everyone can be misogynistic because misogyny is not stored in the gender.
Some of the nastiest misogyny I got to hear growing up came from the women around me.
Had a whole response ready to go about this but I’d like to ask for some clarification before I do. Are you arguing for or against the people who make these claims? Do you agree with the claim that trans men as a class benefit from misogyny or are you simply explaining one of the ways others interact with that idea?

This is not a coherent explanation whatsoever because you’re relying on the idea that trans men as a social class benefit from misogyny as if that is some given. This is not a given, it is not reality. There is no place in this world as it currently functions where trans men, as a social class, benefit from misogyny.
I am relying on the idea that men, all men, as a social class, benefit from misogyny, because society is structured by patriarchy, and I am also relying on the idea that trans men are men. men benefit from misogyny. men benefit from patriarchy. this is simple, baseline feminism 101 stuff, and if you can’t wrap your head around it then you have no business speaking on misogyny
Ah yes, it’s real because reasons! Zero acknowledgment of how the trans man existence as a man is not one society grants to us as a class. Just ignore that fact. Trans men r men and the reality of our lived experience as men, oppressed as men particularly and specifically, cannot be reality.
