honestly the reason she’s straight up posting holocaust denial on twitter is just the natural end goal of transphobia. it’s a refusal to admit she was wrong.

I mean, tons of leftists, especially trans and Jewish leftists, have been telling you since day fucking one about all the horrible shit in her books. the antisemitism with the goblins. the racism with like half the characters. the homophobia, the fatphobia, the misogyny, the slavery apologism.
she’s just saying the quite part out loud.
I don’t believe that she’s been slowly radicalized into being a nazi. I think she’s always been like that. it’s clear in her writing that she’s at least unintentionally letting horrible bigotry seap through in her books for children. but now that’s she’s turned it into a political issue, an “us vs them” hate campaign hellbent on the eradication of a group of already vulnerable and targeted people, she feels safe to go full mask off.
