Just a heads up to everyone that is the outdated version of the disability pride flag, that version was causing people eyestrain triggered migraines and in some cases risked seizures. So the original creator edited the design and the current disability pride flag looks like this


The disability pride flag, it is a grey flag with 5 diagonal stripes from the top left corner to the bottom right. From the bottom up the colours are red, yellow, white, blue and finally green. All of the colours are slightly desaturated.ALT

It’s less saturated and no longer has the lighting bolt like shape to it
