i learned this very recently but technically ectopic pregnancy can occur in CIS men. yep you heard me.
it would require a fertilized egg to be injected into a cis man, which would not only be a waste of hundreds of thousands of dollars on an intentionally unviable pregnancy that would cause life threatening complications for that person— but like it IS possible.
