Intellectually, I know the song “You’re a Mean One, Mr. Grinch” does not contain the line “you’re a tursiops truncatus“, but I can hear it vividly all the same. I have no idea why my brain-gremlins are convinced a. that the speaker called the Grinch a bottlenose dolphin, and b. that this is a dire insult, but there it is.
It’s that time of year again that I must once again remind myself that Tony the Tiger does not at any point call the Grinch a dolphin.

Yes; though How the Grinch Stole Christmas (1966) is mainly narrated by Boris Karloff, apparently Mr. Karloff’s singing voice wasn’t up to the film’s big musical number, which is instead performed in an uncredited vocal cameo by Thurl Ravenscroft, better known as the original voice of Tony the Tiger.
