it sucks so bad as a leftist to see someone at your job who just. fucking blows. just sucks terribly at their position. refuses to take in any criticism or learn anything. and like, you know absolutely they wouldn’t be good at any other kind of job in this sector, like they’re just doomed to struggle in the only space that they can actually get jobs. and im like, i hate you here, but i cant want you to quit or get fired because i know you definitely need this job. but you’re making my life so much harder by being here. i just dont know what to do about it
