Voice 8 of 11 - the Stubborn I had another design for him ages ago but this is much better imo
been crazy stressed and technically i still am and will be for 2 weeks at least but somehow i managed to draw something anyway
ear fluff sorta mimiks the adversaries horns, red patches are spots where she ripped out his feathers. I considered eagle and hawk beak for a bit and then I saw some eagle leg feathers and i think they look awesome on him wings are to small to get him off the ground
Women can write m/m. Men can write f/f. Asexuals can write filthy smut. Lesbians and gay men can write m/f. It’s all arbitrary anyway. Who give a shit.
“Oh but they don’t have an experience of-” I don’t have any experience committing or solving murders either but that’s still mostly what I read and write about.
I’ve never banged an alien but here we are.
You’ve never banged an alien yet! There’s always time!
this tiktok screenshot ruined my life i need to see the serbian pigeon movie so so badly but it doesn’t exist it’s so foul to make this bad of a point with something so cool and then take it away from me.
Tiktok marvel fans really will be out here like “movie fan SHOCKED because i’d rather watch superhero movie #54 in blue and not a sensual 1987 french horror film about a man discovering his wife may not exist set in what is gradually revealed to be a space station” as if you’re supposed to agree that superhero movie #54 is the clear winner in this comparison
Love the idea of a story about a complex issue that’s told from the perspective of something that cannot comprehend or care about the issue. The way the story would be sliced up and moments that a human would consider pointless would be focused on because the pigeon happened to be there would be hype as fuck
Ok FINE I made the movie poster of it
Mališa, otherwise known as Little One, is a pet pigeon owned by a conservative butler of the Austro-Hungarian aristocracy. She is loved, and she is pampered— until her owner is murdered in cold blood, and she is left to fend for herself in Sarajevo.
In the wilds of the city, she feeds from the poor, working nationalist radicals, and the vieux riches alike.
To Mališa, there are no ethical concerns. No politics. No burgeoning nationalism.
There are only hands that feed her, and hands that do not.
This is compelling. Consider me fucking compelled.
Disclaimer: my hatred of geologists is purely theatrical, but if I did have to kill one for some reason, it would be very easy.
I’d brandish my obsidian knife at them and they’d be compelled to approach. “That’s very cool,” they’d say, confident in their superior strength and endurance from all the rocks they carry around at all times. They’d shower me with very interesting facts about obsidian and hover just out of range of the cutting edge, waiting for me to exhaust myself. “But as it is volcanic glass, it’s very fragile, you see, and isn’t well-suited for use as a weap—” and then I’d hit them with the wooden baseball bat in my other hand, which they would not have noticed because geologists can only see rocks and minerals.
Showed my Geologist dad a picture of the obsidian knife you had and he nearly said this exact thing word for word. I can’t believe my own father would fall prey to this. Clearly you know thine enemy
I work too closely with geologists not to have a contingency plan for eliminating them.
I had this short video of Ed falling off a nondescript ledge and it got transfered from my old PC to my new one which resulted in this happening to it and I struggle to understand how
Today is my 31st birthday, my first birthday away from my home, my first birthday in a tent, and my first birthday in famine in the south. You can help me save myself and my family. Please donate, and if you can’t, share so everyone can see it
I’m Diné (Navajo) and in high school I was put in some kind of group for native kids. It was run by a white woman who told us that if we were ever in class and feeling overwhelmed, we had permission to just up and leave class to go wander around outside and reconnect with nature. We all took advantage of this regularly
the implication she thought you were like, forest fairies that had to periodically connect with nature to regain your strength is the most racist but also kinda funny thing I ever heard
i love how only a FRACTION of these have any recognizable gendered cultural meaning and yet she has built that meaning in herself and keeps them completely separated
I have seen this post probably at least 20 times courtesy of @lukadjo, each time passing over it thoughtlessly and only now do I process the bizarreness of it
