Yes, it’s literally just a show about evil cyborg toilets with human heads (i.e., the head is the only human part of them) fighting a war against a race of ambiguously benevolent humanoids with cameras, speakers, televisions, and other audiovisual equipment for heads. In most episodes they don’t even do anything particularly weird – they just shoot lasers at each other and shit.
(I’d encourage you to give it a watch if you’ve been wondering what the big deal is; the first fifty-ish episodes are mostly less than a minute long, so you can shoot through the bulk of it in under an hour. After episode 50 it starts to get more long-winded, but I don’t think any complete season has cracked the 30-minute mark – it’s very bite-size.)

This is the game they made a brain rot movie of and it is kinda sad seeing such a big piece of nostalgia turned into something that is clearly not geared towards the age group who was raised with it.
